Roles Responsibilities Project Planning Delivery Plan manage and execute construction projects from initiation through completion in accordance with approved project management methodologies Develop project execution plans schedules budgets resource plans and risk mitigation strategies Ensure all projects are delivered on time within approved budgets and in line with the defined project scope and quality requirements Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions whenever deviations in schedule cost or scope occur Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders Design Management Manage the entire design process from conceptual schematic detailed design tender documentation and construction phases Coordinate with architects structural MEP and specialist consultants to ensure design compliance with project objectives Review design deliverables for quality constructability and compliance with applicable UAE regulations and international standards Ensure all designs comply with Dubai Municipality Civil Defence Fire Life Safety FLS and other statutory authority requirements Construction Management Supervise construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings specifications contracts and project schedules Monitor contractor performance productivity quality and compliance with contractual obligations Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure timely completion of milestones Identify construction risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures Contract Commercial Management Administer construction contracts and monitor contractor and consultant performance Review variations claims payment applications and contractual correspondence Coordinate with commercial and procurement teams to ensure effective cost control and contract compliance Support tender evaluations and contractor selection processes where required Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate effectively with clients consultants contractors suppliers government authorities and internal departments Lead project coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial issues Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve successful project outcomes Health Safety Compliance Ensure strict compliance with company Health Safety Environment HSE and Fire Life Safety FLS standards Conduct regular site inspections safety audits and toolbox meetings to maintain a safe working environment Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations UAE Building Codes Civil Defence requirements and other statutory authorities Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams Documentation Quality Management Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans approvals drawings meeting minutes contracts and progress reports Implement effective document control procedures throughout the project lifecycle Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are followed across all project activities Manage project closeout documentation handover procedures and final project reporting Risk Management Identify project risks assess their impact and develop mitigation strategies Monitor project risks continuously and escalate critical issues to management when necessary Ensure business continuity through proactive project planning and issue resolution Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 8 12 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry Proven experience managing highrise residential commercial mixeduse or hospitality projects Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices authority approvals and statutory requirements Experience managing consultants contractors and multidisciplinary project teams
