Roles Responsibilities Responsibilities Manage and supervise interior fitout and renovation projects from start to completion Review architectural structural and shop drawings before site execution Coordinate with project managers designers site supervisors subcontractors and suppliers Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality safety and timely project delivery Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation Ensure all works comply with project specifications quality standards and UAE regulations Prepare work schedules progress reports and material requirements Coordinate MEP joinery gypsum flooring ceiling painting and finishing activities Attend client consultant and site coordination meetings Identify technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions Monitor material usage and help control project costs Assist in project handover snagging and closeout activities Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 4 years of UAE experience in interior fitout renovation or construction projects Strong knowledge of interior finishing works joinery gypsum flooring ceiling painting and MEP coordination Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and shop drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD Microsoft Office and project documentation Good communication leadership and problemsolving skills Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred Desired Candidate Profile Experience in residential villas apartments and commercial fitout projects Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills Immediate joiners will be given preference
