A DIFC based external asset manager, having an AUM of USD 300M plus is currently and urgently hiring a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment professional to meet their internal hiring requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager – Private Banking to lead talent acquisition for one of the region's leading financial services sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruiting private banking and wealth management professionals, supported by an established network of industry talent and a proven ability to identify and attract high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for private banking and wealth management positions.
  
• Source, assess, and attract high-calibre professionals through proactive talent mapping and networking.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Conduct candidate interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks.
  
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
  
• Demonstrated success in recruiting mid to senior-level banking professionals.
  
• Established network and talent pipeline within the private banking industry.
  
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
