JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
The Design Specialist - Storage Solutions leads and performs drafting and design activities for storage tanks, vessels, piping spools, accessories, and related products manufactured from steel, composite, or other applicable materials. The role converts engineering inputs, customer requirements, specifications, calculations, and manufacturing constraints into accurate and manufacturable AutoCAD 2D drawings and 3D CAD models. The position plans and coordinates drafting work, allocates tasks to drafters, checks and approves drawings and bills of material, maintains revision control, and personally develops complex drawings and models. The specialist works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, and Operations to deliver complete, error-free documentation on schedule.
