The Leasing Manager will have end-to-end operational responsibility for the tenancy lifecycle of the landlord
owned residential portfolio within CO-2 and CO-3, comprising under 500 units. The role covers vacancy control,
unit readiness from a leasing perspective, enquiries, viewings, tenant documentation and recommendation,
tenancy administration, move-in, renewals, non-renewals, move-out, inspections, handback and landlord
representation before the Ajman Rental Dispute Committee and other relevant forums where authorised.
The role is operational rather than sales-led. The portfolio does not depend on conventional property marketing
or listing activity and generally maintains high occupancy. The successful candidate must therefore be a
disciplined residential leasing operator capable of controlling a large tenancy portfolio, maintaining complete
documentation, meeting legal and contractual deadlines, coordinating effectively with Technical and Accounts,
and helping establish professional leasing systems.
The Leasing Manager will report directly to the Property Manager. The role carries operational ownership of the
tenancy lifecycle, subject to defined management, commercial, financial, technical and legal approvals.
