Senior Planning Engineer

Roles Responsibilities We are looking to hire a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a prestigious luxury villa building project in Dubai working on the Supervision Consultant side The candidate will be responsible for sitebased planning progress monitoring and schedule control ensuring timely project delivery in line with consultant and client requirements Key Responsibilities Develop review and manage baseline programs updated schedules and recovery plans for building projects Monitor site progress identify delays and propose mitigation measures Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for client and internal stakeholders Coordinate closely with site supervision teams contractors and project management Review contractor submissions including programmes manpower histograms and sequencing Support delay analysis claims review and extension of time EOT assessments Ensure planning activities comply with contractual consultant and client standards Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Requirements Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the UAE At least 5 years of recent experience with a wellrecognized Supervision Consultant Proven experience on luxury villas highend residential building projects Strong sitebased planning and supervision experience in building construction Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project Good understanding of construction methodologies sequencing and reporting Strong communication and coordination skills Working Schedule 6 days 48 hours Due to project requirements only candidates with a minimum of 12 years of UAE experience and relevant luxury villa project exposure will be shortlisted Other profiles will be reviewed and retained for future opportunities
