Roles Responsibilities JOB Description the Role We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Architectural Interiors CAD operator FitOut Interior Detailer Interiors Exteriors 3D Visualizer Animator to join our dynamic team in the UAE The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of UAEspecific fitout regulations excels in producing accurate architectural detailing and can bring concepts to life through photorealistic 3D modeling and expert Photoshop post production Desired Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities 3D Modelling Visualization Animator Create highquality 3D models and renders using 3ds Max SketchUp or VRay to present design concepts to clients Photoshop Editing Utilize Adobe Photoshop for highimpact mood boards design presentation layouts and advanced texture render postproduction editing FitOut Detailing Produce precise errorfree architectural fitout and joinery shop drawings including elevations sections and ceiling details for construction Space Planning Develop innovative space layouts and ensure all designs comply with UAE local authority regulations e g Dubai Municipality Civil Defense Material Selection Prepare detailed material specifications BOQ Bill of Quantities support and FF E Furniture Fixtures and Equipment schedules Project Coordination Collaborate with contractors MEP engineers and suppliers to resolve onsite design issues and ensure seamless project execution Qualifications Requirements Experience Minimum of 3 5 years of dedicated interior fitout experience within the UAE candidates with a proven portfolio of completed commercial F B or highend residential projects in the region are preferred Software Proficiency Advanced AutoCAD SketchUp 3Ds Max or VRay Corona Essential Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Advantage Knowledge of Revit or BIM Key Responsibilities 3D Modelling Visualization Animator Create highquality 3D models and renders using 3ds Max SketchUp or VRay to present design concepts to clients Technical Skills Excellence in architectural detailing joinery detailing and understanding of UAE building codes and site implementation AI Interior Architectural experience Experience working with AI tools like RoomGPT mnml AI Spacely AI Planner sd Luma AI Gamma Soft Skills Strong communication skills in English Arabic is a strong asset Ability to manage client presentations and meet strict deadlines Licensure Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
