Roles Responsibilities About Kaaya Prime Realty LLC Kaaya Prime Realty LLC is a leading real estate advisory firm based in Dubai specializing in property investment advisory real estate consultancy and providing strategic solutions to clients looking to buy sell and invest in UAE properties As part of our continued growth we are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer Video Editor to join our marketing team The ideal candidate should have strong video production skills a passion for storytelling and experience creating engaging real estate content for digital platforms Job Summary The Videographer Video Editor will be responsible for planning shooting and editing highquality video content to promote our real estate projects brand and marketing campaigns The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of UAE real estate market experience with knowledge of creating property videos social media content and promotional materials Key Responsibilities Create highquality video content for real estate projects property tours social media and marketing campaigns Plan shoot edit and produce engaging videos for Instagram YouTube TikTok and other digital platforms Capture property walkthroughs lifestyle content interviews and promotional videos Edit videos with professional transitions effects sound and branding elements Create engaging reels shortform videos and advertisements to increase brand visibility Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative content strategies Manage video shoots equipment setup lighting and production requirements Stay updated with the latest video trends editing techniques and social media formats Ensure all content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives Desired Candidate Profile Requirements 1 to 2 years of UAE real estate market experience is preferred Previous experience as a Videographer Video Editor Content Creator or similar role Experience creating content for real estate companies is an advantage Strong knowledge of video shooting editing and storytelling techniques Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing videos Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of cameras lighting and video production equipment is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary package Creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work with a growing Dubai real estate advisory firm Exposure to premium real estate projects and marketing campaigns Career growth and professional development opportunities
