سرّي — نُجري بحثاً سرياً لتعيين مدير استثمارات التحول في الطاقة لقيادة أنشطة الاستثمار في الطاقة النظيفة والبنية التحتية المناخية انطلاقاً من أبوظبي. هذه فرصة عالية الأثر على مستوى الإدارة العليا، بنظام عمل مختلط، لمتخصص استثمار كبير سيقود عمليات المصدر والهيكلة والتنفيذ لصفقات الأسهم والديون عبر أصول الطاقة المتجددة والهيدروجين واحتجاز الكربون والبنية التحتية النظيفة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا على نطاق أوسع.

في هذا الدور، ستتولى إيجاد وهيكلة الاستثمارات عبر مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية وطاقة الرياح والهيدروجين الأخضر وتحلية المياه وتخزين الطاقة. ستدير محفظة متنوعة من أصول التحول في الطاقة مع دمج صارم لمعايير البيئة والحوكمة والمجتمع (ESG)، وتقود عمليات النمذجة المالية ولجان الاستثمار، وتبني علاقات مع صناديق الثروة السيادية والمستثمرين المؤسسيين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين. كما ستشرف على الامتثال لأطر التمويل المستدام في دولة الإمارات، وتساهم في برامج إصدار السندات الخضراء والصكوك. سيكون التعامل مع أدنوك ومصدر وغيرها من الجهات الرئيسية في منظومة الطاقة بأبوظبي محورياً في هذه المهمة.

CONFIDENTIAL — We are conducting a confidential search for an Energy Transition Investment Director to lead clean energy and climate infrastructure investment activities from Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact, director-level opportunity on a hybrid model for a senior investment professional who will drive origination, structuring, and execution of equity and debt transactions across renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture, and clean infrastructure assets in the GCC and broader MENA region.

In this role, you will originate and structure investments across solar, wind, green hydrogen, desalination, and energy storage projects. You will manage a diversified portfolio of energy transition assets with rigorous ESG integration, lead financial modelling and investment committee processes, and develop relationships with sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and strategic partners. You will oversee compliance with UAE sustainable finance frameworks and contribute to green bond and sukuk issuance programmes. Engagement with ADNOC, Masdar, and other key Abu Dhabi energy ecosystem players will be central to the mandate.

Nice to have

• Experience with Masdar, ADNOC, or Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund ecosystem
• Track record in green sukuk or Islamic sustainable finance instruments
