Roles Responsibilities Business Development Manager Healthcare Company Tamush Global Healthcare Ltd United Kingdom Location Dubai UAE Department Healthcare Division Reports To Managing Partner Job Purpose To lead the establishment and growth of a new healthcare business vertical in the UAE driving new client acquisition across medical tourism comprehensive case management and home care services while building the strategic and operational foundation required for licensing partnerships and market entry Key Responsibilities 1 New Business Setup Market Entry Research and map the UAE healthcare regulatory landscape DHA MOH DOH for licensing requirements relevant to medical tourism facilitation case management and home healthcare services Support the development of the business plan market entry strategy and operational structure for the new healthcare division Identify and evaluate potential local partners healthcare facilities and referral networks needed to launch operations Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders on licensing accreditation and regulatory approvals Get the property done via providing Turn Key Solutions to clients from Finding Site Location to the Running their Healthcare Facility in UAE or United Kingdom 2 Medical Tourism Business Development Identify and develop relationships with international referral sources agencies hospitals insurers corporate clients to drive inbound medical tourism to UAE healthcare partners Build partnerships with hospitals clinics and specialist providers in the UAE to create referral and package arrangements Develop patient journey packages treatment accommodation logistics aftercare in coordination with hospitality and travel partners Represent the company at relevant healthcare and medical tourism industry events exhibitions and conferences 3 Comprehensive Case Management Develop and pitch case management service offerings to insurers corporates and private clients Build relationships with case managers insurers and healthcare providers to establish the company as a preferred case management partner Support the design of service protocols covering patient assessment care coordination and provider network management 4 Home Care Services Drive business development for home healthcare home nursing services targeting private clients insurers and corporate accounts Identify licensing and staffing requirements nurses caregivers in coordination with the manpower staffing division Build referral relationships with hospitals clinics and discharge planning teams to generate home care client pipelines 5 General Business Development Build and manage a sales pipeline across all three service lines medical tourism case management home care Prepare proposals presentations and pricing structures for prospective clients and partners Track market trends competitor activity and regulatory changes affecting the UAE healthcare sector Report regularly to the Managing Partner on pipeline status partnership progress and market entry milestones Desired Candidate Profile Requirements Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Management Business Administration or related field Master s preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare business development medical tourism or case management ideally within the UAE or GCC market Working knowledge of UAE healthcare regulatory bodies DHA MOH DOH and licensing processes Established network of healthcare providers insurers or medical tourism facilitators in the UAE is a strong advantage Strong negotiation relationshipbuilding and presentation skills Fluent in English Arabic is an advantage Key Performance Indicators Number of new partnership referral agreements signed Medical tourism patient volume revenue generated Case management contracts secured Home care client accounts onboarded Progress against licensing and market entry milestones
