About the Client Our client is a wellestablished interior fitout and architectural solutions company based in Dubai The organization delivers commercial and residential interior projects including bespoke joinery turnkey fitout solutions and customized architectural finishes across the UAE market Client identity is confidential and managed by Wisterra HR Consultancy About the Role You will be the coordination backbone between design procurement joinery production and site execution making sure drawings move on time submittals don t stall and nothing falls between departments This is not a deskonly role you ll be expected to visit project sites track progress against schedules and flag delays before they become problems Key Responsibilities Coordinate project activities across design procurement joinery production site execution and estimation teams to ensure milestones are delivered on schedule Review track and distribute project drawings and revisions using AutoCAD coordinate drawing clarifications between design teams site engineers and subcontractors Monitor project schedules proactively identify delays bottlenecks and execution risks before they escalate and report directly to the Project Manager or Operations Manager Maintain all project documentation including trackers submission schedules approval logs meeting minutes and progress reports Coordinate material deliveries approvals and procurement timelines to prevent sitelevel disruptions Visit project sites as required to verify progress support coordination between office and field teams and ensure project requirements are executed as approved Prepare and circulate project status updates meeting minutes and internal reports to relevant stakeholders Support communication between internal departments consultants clients and contractors ensure information flows accurately and without delay Maintain organized records of all drawings technical documentation RFIs shop drawings material submittals and approvals throughout the project lifecycle Skills Qualifications 2 4 years of experience in project coordination within interior fitout or construction projects Working proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory used daily for drawing coordination Valid UAE Driving License mandatory site visits required Solid understanding of construction drawings shop drawings and project documentation workflows Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
