About the Role We are looking for a mid-level digital designer with a broad skill set and the ability to deliver a wide variety of creative and conceptual work in support of the company’s B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Interpret creative briefs and develop innovative marketing concepts and initiatives. Use emerging technology platforms—particularly AI—to bring maximum creativity and value to every project. Design and produce engaging digital content, including: Email templates Branding kits Social media communications Campaign deliverables Presentation decks Maintain consistency across designs and content on all company platforms. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. Advise on the creative direction and aesthetic of campaigns, projects, and promotional events. Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Qualifications A minimum of four years’ experience in a professional digital design role. A portfolio of online and offline design work demonstrating creativity, experience, and impact—including engagement across social media. Strong experience with AI prompting for image, video, sound, and voice-over generation. Proficiency with AI-generation platforms such as Magnific and Higgsfield. Familiarity with AI models and tools such as Google Nano Banana, Kling, and Seedance for video generation. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including: InDesign Illustrator After Effects Photoshop Premiere Pro Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and campaign concepts clearly. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail. The ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset, supported by exceptional organizational and technical skills. A bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.
