We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Site Manager / Construction Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client is seeking skilled and motivated construction professionals capable of managing site operations, coordinating project activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities and overall site operations.
  
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
  
• Monitor project progress against approved construction plans and timelines.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable standards.
  
• Implement and monitor site health, safety, and environmental requirements.
  
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
  
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and project updates for management.
  

Required Skills

• Construction Management: Ability to control and coordinate construction activities from planning through execution.
  
• Site Management: Strong knowledge of manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractor, and daily site coordination.
  
• Project Planning: Ability to monitor schedules, milestones, resources, and construction progress.
  
• Quality & HSE Compliance: Knowledge of construction quality requirements and site safety practices.
  
• Contractor Coordination: Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  

Preferred Skills

• Construction planning and scheduling tools.
  
• UAE/GCC construction project exposure.
  
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, method statements, and project documentation.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Education

Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
