Architect

We are working with a respected design consultancy in Dubai that is recognised for delivering innovative masterplanning, mixed-use, hospitality, and high-end residential developments across the region.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a design-focused architect to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting the design and development process from concept through to delivery while working alongside a highly experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept through design development and technical stages.
• Prepare design presentations, drawings, reports, and project documentation.
• Support the production and coordination of architectural packages using Revit and other design software.
• Work closely with senior team members to develop creative and practical design solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines to ensure project requirements are achieved.
• Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and client presentations.
• Assist with authority submissions and ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support the technical development of projects and resolve design coordination issues.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the successful delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 7 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience working on masterplanning, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, or large-scale development projects.
• Strong design and presentation skills with experience across multiple project stages.
• Good understanding of technical design, detailing, and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience working within the UAE or wider Middle East region is essential.
• Clear spoken English.
