Chef De Partie (Bakery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery products according to established recipes and standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation of all products.

• Assist with the daily preparation and production requirements of the bakery section.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and sanitation at all times.

• Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.

• Follow recipes, portion control, and production schedules accurately.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all bakery ingredients.

• Assist in training and guiding junior team members when required.

• Contribute to the development of new products and seasonal offerings when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar bakery role within a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or reputable bakery.

• Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques, including bread, dough, and pastry preparation.

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Creative approach with a passion for bakery and product presentation.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Culinary qualification or relevant professional training is preferred.
