PR & Communications Director

AHS, a leading name in luxury real estate development, is seeking an accomplished and strategic PR & Communications Director to lead the company’s communications, public relations, and brand reputation strategy.

This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping AHS’s public image, strengthening its position within the luxury real estate market, and developing high-impact communication strategies that resonate with high-net-worth clients, investors, media, and key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or other premium sectors, with exceptional media relationships and a deep understanding of strategic communications.

Requirements

Develop and execute AHS’s overall PR and communications strategy in line with the company’s business and brand objectives.

Lead corporate communications, media relations, public relations, and external communications initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with leading local, regional, and international media outlets, journalists, editors, and industry publications.

Position AHS and its leadership as influential voices within the luxury real estate and business sectors.

Develop compelling press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, speeches, interviews, and executive communications.

Lead media campaigns surrounding project launches, major announcements, partnerships, and key corporate milestones.

Identify and secure high-value media opportunities, interviews, features, awards, and speaking engagements.

Manage the company’s reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all external communication channels.

Develop executive visibility strategies and support senior leadership with media preparation, interviews, speeches, and public appearances.

Oversee crisis communications and develop effective response strategies for reputational issues and sensitive situations.

Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, competitor activity, and industry trends, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Develop and manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and other external communication partners.

Oversee PR budgets, campaigns, deliverables, and performance reporting.

Ensure all communications consistently reflect AHS’s luxury positioning, tone of voice, and brand standards.

Identify opportunities to strengthen AHS’s profile across luxury, business, real estate, lifestyle, and international media.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or strategic communications, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience within luxury real estate, luxury hospitality, premium brands, investment, or similarly high-profile industries.
• Established relationships with UAE, regional, and international media.
• Strong track record of securing high-quality editorial coverage and managing high-profile communications campaigns.
• Experience managing corporate reputation and crisis communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of the UAE luxury, real estate, business, and media landscape.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful communication strategies.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets, multiple campaigns, and high-profile projects simultaneously.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
