Our client is currently hiring for the position of Showroom & Brand Experience Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and host visitors, including VIP customers, architects, designers, dealers and media representatives, while ensuring a professional and engaging brand experience.
• Act as the flaer product expert by delivering product presentations, showroom tours, training sessions and launch introductions for employees, dealers, customers and business partners.
• Establish sales budgets and targets, cascade to the team and ensure individual and showroom targets - both qualitative as quantitative - are met.
• Lead and develop the showroom sales team while working closely with the Showroom Team from Retail Management, Design Team , Styling and Marketing to maintain showroom excellence and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence, showroom standards, compliance, reporting accuracy and the effective resolution of customer and business-related issues.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in handling both customer orders and complaints, escalations and sensitive situations, taking ownership from initial assessment through to resolution.
