SCAFFOLDER

Key Responsibilities Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per approved drawings and site requirements. Inspect scaffolding components before use and ensure they are safe and fit for purpose. Install scaffold boards, platforms, guardrails, toe boards, ladders, braces, and access systems correctly. Ensure scaffolding is properly secured, levelled, and stable. Follow approved scaffolding procedures, method statements, and safety requirements. Work safely at height and use required PPE and fall-protection equipment. Assist supervisors during scaffold inspections and modifications. Maintain proper housekeeping around scaffolding work areas. Report damaged or defective scaffolding materials immediately. Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and other site teams to meet work requirements. Follow all company HSE policies and site safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience as a Scaffolder in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or maintenance projects. Good knowledge of scaffolding erection and dismantling techniques. Ability to understand basic scaffolding drawings and instructions. Knowledge of safe working-at-height practices. Physically fit and capable of working at height and in outdoor/site conditions. Relevant scaffolding certification or competency card is preferred. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
