Organic search is one of Property Finder's largest, most defensible growth channels, and the PLG tribe owns it end to end. Content output needs to scale severalfold, via AI, not linear headcount, without sacrificing quality. This role owns that scale-up as a player-coach: leading a distributed writing team while still shipping work personally every week. The mandate Strategy: Own the content roadmap and prioritization (what to write, refresh, consolidate, or kill) across the full property journey, research, search, transact, move in, live, service, move on. Scale with AI: Apply deep LLM knowledge and enforced quality gates to multiply output on a flat cost base. Lead the team: Manage and coach writers day-to-day; absorb growth via intern capacity inside quality gates, not proportional hiring. Sustain leadership: Keep Property Finder the authoritative, most-cited source in UAE property content. What you'll do Content strategy & SEO mechanics: Build a data-driven roadmap using impact/confidence/effort prioritization; balance refreshes vs. new territory; apply entity-based and semantic SEO (topical maps, information gain, query intent, internal linking) rather than keyword-only optimization; own AI search visibility (how answer engines retrieve, ground, and cite content) as a channel in its own right. AI-assisted production at scale: Design agentic workflows that turn market/search data into ready-to-write briefs; apply RLHF-style feedback loops to improve AI output over time; run enforced, structured quality gates so scale never costs quality; stay current on frontier models and translate that into plain-language guidance for the team. Content beyond text & well-rounded SEO: Brief in visuals, data, and structured elements alongside copy; partner with PR on digital PR/link-worthy assets; own internal linking architecture; maintain enough technical SEO fluency (crawling, indexation, structured data, CWV) to partner credibly with specialists. People leadership: Run day-to-day management of the writing team; coach writers via real feedback loops; lead by example (write, edit, prompt, analyze yourself). Data & experimentation: Pull your own data (SQL, BigQuery, GSC, GA4, SEMrush, DataForSEO); instrument performance at page and cluster level; run content A/B tests with real statistical rigor; report honestly to tribe and exec stakeholders. Success looks like 90 days: Full ownership of the writing team; quality gates in place; output visibly climbing. 6 months: Step-change in output at stable/better quality; refresh pipeline actively defending rankings; measurable organic growth; documented workflows that can absorb intern capacity without QA slipping. Must-have qualifications 7+ years in SEO/content, including 3+ years leading multi-writer teams at meaningful scale (marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce, or high-volume publisher) Deep, practical LLM experience: production use of LLM content systems, understanding of RLHF/structured feedback, ability to design agentic research/content workflows Semantic SEO depth: entities, topical maps, information gain, language-quality signals, beyond keywords Working knowledge of how AI answer surfaces select and cite sources Programmatic/product-led SEO experience: template-driven pages shipped with product/engineering, measured at cluster level Proven player-coach track record, team outcomes and personal output Hands-on data skills: SQL, BigQuery, GSC, GA4, SEMrush, DataForSEO or similar rank-tracking APIs Strong prioritization/experimentation discipline with a real A/B test portfolio Strong storytelling, in content and in stakeholder reporting Nice to have Arabic proficiency MENA market experience, especially UAE real estate or classifieds Our promise to talent At Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can be your best self.
