E-Commerce Assistant About the Role We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day management and growth of our e-commerce websites and marketplace channels. The role will have a strong focus on e-commerce operations, digital marketing, SEO, website management, and marketplace growth . The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and interested in learning how different areas of e-commerce work together to drive online sales. You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to manage product listings, online orders, inventory, promotions, marketplaces, and website updates across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Operations Assist with the day-to-day management of e-commerce websites and online marketplaces. Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, images, specifications, and inventory. Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for customers and search engines. Monitor online orders and coordinate with relevant teams for fulfilment and delivery. Identify and resolve product, order, payment, or website-related issues. Monitor product availability and highlight low-stock or out-of-stock products. Support new product launches and product onboarding. Marketplace Management Assist with managing platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces . Upload and maintain product listings, SKUs, pricing, promotions, and product content. Monitor marketplace performance, listing status, suppressed listings, account notifications, and product availability. Support marketplace advertising, promotions, and campaign activities. Help maintain strong marketplace performance and resolve marketplace-related issues. Website Management Assist with the daily management and maintenance of Shopify and other e-commerce websites. Create and update product pages, collections, landing pages, promotional pages, menus, banners, and website content. Make basic website changes using HTML, CSS, and Liquid where required. Assist with minor front-end adjustments, formatting, layout changes, and troubleshooting. Check websites regularly for broken links, incorrect pricing, content errors, technical issues, and poor user experience. Assist with website optimization, merchandising, navigation, and conversion improvements. Coordinate with developers or external agencies when more advanced technical support is required. Marketing & Promotions Assist with setting up online promotions, discount codes, campaigns, and sales. Support email marketing, social media, and digital marketing activities when required. Coordinate with the marketing/design team for banners, product creatives, and promotional content. Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Reporting & Analysis Maintain regular e-commerce, marketing, and sales reports. Track key metrics including revenue, orders, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, average order value, and product performance. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Assist in evaluating the performance of products, campaigns, channels, and promotions. Maintain accurate trackers and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets . General Support Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, sales, marketing, and creative teams. Assist with product launches, campaigns, website updates, and promotional activities. Support continuous improvements to the online customer journey and shopping experience. Take ownership of assigned e-commerce and digital marketing tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field . 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, website management, or a related role is preferred. Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, and online business growth . Good understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required; knowledge of Liquid or JavaScript is an advantage. Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research . Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is an advantage. Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Noon is a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership. Nice to Have Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms . Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads. Shopify experience, including Liquid, HTML, and CSS . Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Drip, Mailchimp, or similar. Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experience creating or managing SEO content and blogs. Experience with Amazon and Noon. Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity tools. Experience in fitness, health, nutrition, supplements, or consumer products industry . What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, analytical, and eager to learn .
