Specialist Prosthodontist General Dentist Location Dubai UAE License DHA Licensed Employment Type Fulltime About the Role We are looking for an experienced and patientfocused Specialist Prosthodontist General Dentist to join our dental team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restorative and prosthetic dentistry excellent aesthetic judgment and the ability to manage complex fullmouth rehabilitation cases The successful candidate should be confident working with both natural teeth and implants and have a strong commitment to delivering highquality personalized patient care Key Responsibilities Diagnose develop and execute comprehensive prosthodontic and restorative treatment plans Perform prosthetic rehabilitation on natural teeth and dental implants Provide veneers crowns inlays onlays bridges and other restorative treatments Plan and perform full and partial dental arch rehabilitation Manage fullarch implant rehabilitation cases including Allon4 and Allon6 Conduct aesthetic and functional dental rehabilitation Use digital dentistry and digital treatmentplanning protocols where appropriate Assess and manage occlusion and temporomandibular joint TMJ conditions Provide splint therapy and occlusal management Collaborate with implantologists orthodontists periodontists oral surgeons dental technicians and other specialists for interdisciplinary cases Clearly explain diagnoses treatment options procedures risks and expected outcomes to patients Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all DHA and clinic protocols Build strong longterm relationships with patients and contribute to patient retention and referrals Maintain high standards of clinical quality infection control and patient safety Requirements Valid DHA license as a Specialist Prosthodontist or General Dentist Strong clinical experience in prosthodontics restorative and aesthetic dentistry Proven experience with complex rehabilitation and implantsupported prosthetic cases Experience with Allon4 Allon6 cases is highly desirable Strong understanding of occlusion TMJ and splint therapy Experience with digital dentistry and digital treatment planning Established personal patient base is highly preferred Excellent communication and patientmanagement skills Russian and English language proficiency mandatory Arabic an advantage Professional ethical and patientcentered approach What We Offer Competitive compensation package Modern clinical environment with advanced dental technology Opportunity to work with complex prosthodontic and aesthetic cases Supportive multidisciplinary team Opportunities for professional growth and development Strong potential to develop and expand your patient base A dynamic and international working environment in Dubai Ideal Candidate We are seeking a clinician who combines advanced clinical expertise aesthetic precision excellent communication skills and a strong business mindset The ideal candidate is capable of independently managing complex cases while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary dental team Skills Desired Skills Advanced clinical skills in prosthodontics restorative and aesthetic dentistry Strong experience in fullmouth and complex dental rehabilitation Expertise in implantsupported prosthetics including Allon4 Allon6 Excellent skills in veneers crowns bridges inlays and onlays Strong understanding of occlusion TMJ and functional rehabilitation Proficiency in digital dentistry and digital treatment planning Experience with CAD CAM workflows and digital smile design is an advantage Ability to develop comprehensive and multidisciplinary treatment plans Excellent diagnostic and treatmentplanning abilities Strong patient communication and case presentation skills Ability to build trust and maintain longterm patient relationships Strong treatment acceptance and patient consultation skills Ability to manage complex cases independently Excellent teamwork and collaboration with specialists and dental technicians Strong attention to detail and high aesthetic standards Commitment to clinical excellence patient safety and ethical practice Russian and English fluent Arabic an advantage Strong organizational timemanagement and interpersonal skills Established patient base and referral network is highly desirable
