Job DescriptionCompany Overview:Our client is boutique, Dubai-based architecture and interior design studio, specialising in hospitality, healthcare, wellness and high-end residential projects. The practice is led by two Founding Partners who specialise in healthcare, hospitality and very high-end, modern residential. Together they combine their excellent backgrounds working at well known, international practice capabilities inside a boutique, hands-on studio with 45 staff.
The studio's design methodology is research-based, human-centric and rooted in a sensitivity to context, culture and environment, drawing on local vernacular to produce work that is modern, timeless and "of the place".
Their portfolio spans some of the region's most distinctive hospitality and wellness environments. The studio's design philosophy is distinctive within the Dubai market: rather than chasing spectacle, the leadership has built a reputation around minimalism, restraint, and a genuine prioritisation of occupant wellbeing.
The Role:
This role sits at the technical backbone of our clients studio project delivery, ensuring that the ambitious design vision developed by the leadership and senior designers is translated into accurate, coordinated, buildable documentation. It suits someone who finds genuine satisfaction in process, precision and problem-solving, and who wants their technical expertise to directly support architecturally significant work across hospitality, healthcare and residential sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage BIM workflows and standards across live projects, working across Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models, resolving clashes and inconsistencies between architecture, interiors, MEP and structural teams before they become costly on-site issues
- Support design and delivery teams with technical troubleshooting, model health checks, and documentation quality control
- Act as a communication bridge between design intent and technical execution, translating conceptual design decisions into coordinated, deliverable models.
- Contribute to the studio's evolving BIM protocols and standards as the practice scales
Requirements
- An architectural background (degree or equivalent professional training), with a genuine understanding of how buildings and interiors are actually constructed, not purely a software operator.
- Advanced, demonstrable skills in BIM, Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Excellent communication, organisational and coordination skills. This role touches every discipline and every project stage, so the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders is essential
- A methodical, detail-obsessed personality who takes genuine pride in a clean, error-free model and well-organised documentation set
- Someone comfortable working across a varied project portfolio resort villas one week, an oncology facility the next and confident adapting technical standards to different building typologies.
- A collaborative, grounded and team-orientated approach, that's well suited to a close-knit studio environment.
Benefits
- 10-18,000 AED
- Flights
- Healthcare
- Candidates who have thrived at larger corporate practices but want more creative ownership, more direct access to senior leadership, and more variety across hospitality and healthcare sectors are ideal for this position.
