Roles Responsibilities About AMANA Group AMANA is in constant forward motion Over decades of growth we have adopted intelligent solutions that improve the way we build making AMANA a regional leader in the industry today We have gone beyond conventional construction by championing intelligent solutions that improve the way we build We are the region s trusted designbuild company specializing in industrial construction for over three decades Our reputation is built on our ability to provide turnkey solutions for fasttrack projects repeatedly We are a humancentric organization promoting learning and development opportunities for all employees to thrive in dynamic markets By investing in our people s continued growth and learning we challenge and change how we build together people and business Role Description To assist design and coordination tasks for the Engineering department projects Role Responsibilities Prepares bid packages for material and subcontractors for Sr Project Coordinator review to be sent later to Procurement Prepares sketches of ideas detailed drawings illustrations artwork or blueprints using drafting instruments paints and brushes or computeraided design equipment Directs and coordinates the fabrication of models or samples and the drafting of working drawings and specification sheets from sketches Advises and evaluates new market product design concepts with engineering and clients Presents design and reports to Sr Project Coordinator for approval and discusses need for modification Prepares inquiries estimations in coordination with assumed design criteria Raises and replies to any required technical queries and attends any required technical meetings Checks and approves for the compatibility of the Architectural Civil MEP and steel cladding drawings and designs both inhouse and third party and ensures the resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties Incorporates all client consultant requirements and alterations in shop drawings Performs site visits as needed and compares designs with actual site practices and maintains a library of standard constructible details of least cost implications What makes a true AMANAian We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company partners and clients forward Our community of talented employees AMANAians are built on the eight foundations of the Group Amana workforce We are Team Players We are Reliable We communicate with Clarity We make decisions based on Understanding We are Accountable We foster Integrity We are Human Driven We are Adaptable and Agile Desired Candidate Profile Educational Qualifications Experience and Skills Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Civil Architecture Mechanical Electrical Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
