Roles Responsibilities Roles Responsibilities Finance Handling financial activities invoice management payment followups expense tracking and maintaining financial records VAT Filing Operations Handling Manage daytoday business operations coordinate with clients and service providers follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth workflow across departments Marketing Handling Support marketing activities lead generation client communication social media coordination promotional activities and business development initiatives Property Finding Search and identify suitable properties based on client requirements coordinate with property owners developers arrange property viewings and maintain updated property options HR Handling Assist with recruitment employee documentation attendance records onboarding employee coordination and maintaining HRrelated records License Formation Renewal Basic to advanced knowledge of UAE company formation business license applications license amendments renewals and coordination with relevant free zone and government authorities Client Coordination Communicate professionally with clients understand their requirements provide regular updates and ensure timely completion of requested services Documentation Compliance Prepare organize and maintain company and client documents while ensuring required documents are submitted accurately and on time Desired Candidate Profile Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration Finance Management or a related field Strong knowledge of finance business operations marketing HR and propertyrelated activities Practical knowledge of UAE company formation business licensing license amendments and renewals Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients employees government authorities and service providers Proficiency in Microsoft Office email communication documentation and basic financial record keeping Proactive responsible and detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different departments Prior experience in corporate services real estate business consultancy or a similar environment will be an advantage UAE experience and knowledge of local business procedures will be preferred
