Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Roles Responsibilities We re hiring a hybrid Video Editor Graphic Designer to own visual content production end to end from advanced photo editing and retouching to AIassisted video generation and finalcut editing for social and paid media This is a multitasking highoutput role built for ecommerce speed content gets planned produced and shipped on a rolling schedule not on ad hoc requests You ll work from real product photography and turn it into onmodel imagery lifestyle content and shortform video while keeping every asset onbrand clean and free of anything that reads as AIgenerated What You ll Do Retouch and composite product photography to a premium publishready standard Generate onmodel and incontext imagery using AI tools working from real reference photography not from scratch to keep proportions and product details accurate Produce shortform video content reels product motion campaign clips using AI video generation tools combined with traditional editing Edit and finish video in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut cuts pacing overlays sound color Maintain strict product fidelity correct silhouette stone count metal tone scale and finish on every generated asset no warped jewelry invented details or AI artifacts Build and maintain a content calendar cadence batching production 2 4 weeks ahead Apply brand guidelines precisely color palette typography logo usage tone every asset should look like it came from the same shoot QC every asset before it goes live no visible AI tells no inconsistent lighting or reflections no generated text or lettering Desired Candidate Profile MustHaves This role has two nonnegotiable core competencies Candidates without both will not be considered Advanced Photoshop expertise professionallevel retouching compositing and image editing You should be able to take a flat product shot and turn it into a polished magazinequality image without it looking edited Advanced AI video generation and editing expertise handson professionallevel experience producing shortform video content using AI generation tools e g Gemini Veo Sora Kling or similar then finishing and polishing in Adobe Premiere Pro and or CapCut Female Based in UAE Additional requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo retouching and AIassisted video work not just traditional editing Ability to work from a single reference image and produce consistent onmodel proportionally accurate results Comfortable multitasking across multiple SKUs formats and deadlines simultaneously this is an ecommerce content pipeline not a singleproject role Strong eye for color accuracy lighting consistency and brand tone Selfdirected able to work from a brief and a style guide without needing every detail spelled out NicetoHaves Ecommerce or fashion jewelry brand content experience Experience with Canva for quick social templates Familiarity with vertical socialfirst formats Reels TikTok Stories Basic motion graphics or type animation skills
