House /Office Manager -Arabic Speaker

We are currently hiring an experienced House Manager for a prestigious Private Family Office in Dubai.

The role is ideal for a mature, highly organized and discreet professional with strong hands-on experience in household operations, domestic staff management, recruitment, and UAE government documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day household operations and ensure high service standards
• Supervise domestic staff including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, nannies, gardeners and other support staff
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, performance and conduct
• Recruit, screen, interview and onboard household staff
• Handle visa, residency, Emirates ID, medical examination and medical insurance processes
• Coordinate with UAE government authorities, typing centres, medical centres and service providers
• Maintain confidential staff records, documentation and expiry trackers
• Coordinate household suppliers, maintenance, deliveries, purchases and other operational requirements
• Ensure the Owners' instructions are implemented efficiently and professionally

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in private households, family offices, hospitality or similar environments
• Strong UAE experience with practical knowledge of household staff administration
• Proven experience managing multicultural domestic staff
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and complete employee administration
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa, Emirates ID, medical and insurance procedures
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
• Sudanese nationality is preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Mature, trustworthy, discreet and highly organized
