Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – ICT to drive business growth and expand our market presence across the UAE, with a focus on CCTV, ELV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CCTV, ELV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and client meetings.
Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close profitable deals.
Analyze the UAE security systems market and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teams for solution design and costing.
Support project handover after sales closure.
Follow up on payments, variations, and contract amendments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in ICT / ELV / CCTV / Security Systems business development and sales.
Strong knowledge of the UAE market and client network.
Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
