الوصف الوظيفيThe Data Specialist-Finance & Project-Gulf is responsible for executing the finance data strategy across the Gulf Cluster, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and governed financial data that supports business performance, compliance, digital transformation, and decision-making. The role also owns the data workstream for major finance transformation and system deployment initiatives, ensuring data readiness, governance, migration quality, compliance with enterprise data standards, and successful business adoption throughout all project phases. Data Governance & Quality Own and promote finance data governance practices across the Gulf Cluster. Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and compliance with corporate standards. Drive adoption of global data management policies, controls, and governance frameworks. Monitor critical finance master data and KPI integrity across systems and reporting platforms. Support data lifecycle management from creation to consumption. Define and maintain data readiness plans, data roadmaps, and remediation actions to support transformation and deployment initiatives. Coordinate with Data Stewards, Process Owners, Digital teams, and Governance functions to ensure data quality, compliance, and deployment readiness. Lead data cleansing, validation, migration readiness, and quality assurance activities. Finance Transformation & Digitalization Lead and own the finance data workstream for transformation initiatives and system deployments, including data strategy, readiness assessment, migration planning, quality assurance, and post-deployment stabilization. Support implementation and adoption of Horizon, DFL, Unify, Smart Finance, and other digital solutions. Ensure alignment with global data architecture, governance standards, and target operating models. Support data onboarding, mapping, harmonization, and migration activities across finance master and transactional data domains. Act as the finance data subject matter expert during deployment, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases. Business Partnership Act as the primary point of contact for finance data topics within the Gulf Cluster. Collaborate with finance leaders, shared services, Data Stewards, and global data teams. Facilitate alignment between local business requirements and global data strategy. Serve as the primary finance data representative in transformation projects. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Data Management, or Digital Finance. Proven experience leading data governance, data migration, master data management, or ERP transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of finance master and transactional data structures and lifecycle management. Critical Competencies Data governance and data quality expertise.
