Summary

The Visual Merchandising Manager proactively monitors and manages execution of deliverables through all project phases and across internal and external teams both globally and domestically mitigating roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· The Visual Merchandising Manager uses broad expertise and unique knowledge to develop and lead the most complex projects from scoping through implementation and deployment.

· Main point of contact and leader of all regional projects from ideation to execution

Responsible for facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution with suppliers and all retailers, for each project.

Lead all internal and external communications surrounding projects across teams in MEASAT (Middle East, Africa, India, APAC, Travel Retail)

Projects and duties are vast and include:

o Complete permanent and temporary store fit management and facilitation

o Pop ups/ window display management and facilitation

o Animation management and facilitation

o New product launch management and facilitation across all stores

o Merchandising + POS omnichannel (Planogram, Visuals in-store and online, permanent fixtures, etc.)

Maintenance reporting across all stores

· Support in the creative conception, implementation and execution of all VM assets for new launches including but not limited to; gondola updates, promotional sites, retailer windows, podiums, pop-ups, event space design, lightboxes and in-store screen content for all doors in a timely manner working closely with the Global teams and regional marketss to ensure consistent launch messaging across the estate

·Collaborate with Global Marketing, Design and Creative teams, regional market VM leads and other stakeholders across the business

· Carry out and instruct store visits to ensure a consistently high level of execution across all VM

· Be aware of our competitor's marketing campaigns, VM updates, new trends in design and digital innovations

· Budget and PO management.

Requirements

· You must be a confident user of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office. 3D skills are a plus

· Strong project manager, with great time management skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated critical-thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

· Works well independently and within a team environment

· Senior-level understanding of process, project management and project management tools

· Ability to initiate and manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams and multi-disciplinary projects

· Ability to develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including the ability to organize and track tasks and dependencies across multiple projects

· Detailed understanding of technical build and production to support across design and delivery functions.

· Ability to assimilate information quickly and understand how it affects the project

· Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution in a timely fashion

· Ability to identify improvements to processes and procedures over time

· Adaptable and tolerant of stressful situations. Ability to be a calming force to the overall project team, resolve conflicts and leady-by-example to deliver the project

· Adheres to department processes and procedures, providing input on best practices and recommending changes as needed
