Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Extrusion Machine Tool Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating extrusion machines and a passion for producing quality products. As an Extrusion Machine Tool Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our machines run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion machines according to company standards and production specifications - Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure product quality - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime and minimize defects - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards - Record production data and maintain accurate records of materials used and products produced - Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner - Continuously strive to improve production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience operating extrusion machines in a manufacturing environment - Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems - Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines - Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime when needed We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
