Job DescriptionPurpose
The HR Associate is responsible for the day-to-day HR function supporting the company’s UAE and Philippine operations, covering HR administration, recruitment, compliance, and employee support across both locations. The role reports directly to the General Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records in Zoho People and Microsoft SharePoint, employment contracts, HR letters, and related documentation.
- Administer attendance, leave, and overtime, and coordinate payroll inputs with Finance (the HR Associate does not process payroll).
- Coordinate performance reviews, probation management, and related documentation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing through Zoho Recruit and other platforms, interview coordination, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Prepare HR reports and management information, and maintain HR policies, the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and templates.
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements and internal and external audits, and contribute to process improvement, workflow optimization, and HR automation initiatives.
UAE Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, visa processing, employment permits, medical examinations, and Emirates ID applications.
- Liaise with the company’s outsourced PRO and relevant UAE government authorities.
- Maintain UAE employment documentation and support compliance with UAE labor law and statutory requirements.
Philippine Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding and support compliance with Philippine labor law.
- Manage statutory compliance and reporting with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Support government registrations and inspections where applicable.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2–4 years of general HR experience.
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee onboarding, employment documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor legislation is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn UAE labor laws, visa processes, and employment requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in account management, project sales, or business development, ideally within the technology/IT sector Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant commercial or account management experience Demonstrated track record of managing commercial sales cycles from qualification through to closure
