"URGENT HIRING"


Job Title: Crane Operator


  • Salary: AED 5000 + 5500 + other benefits
  • Location: Abu Dhabi,UAE

We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator with experience in ADNOC and CICPA projects/sites. The candidate will be responsible for safely operating cranes for lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning materials and equipment while strictly following ADNOC, CIPA, HSE, and site safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to lifting plans and site requirements.
  • Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials and equipment.
  • Follow ADNOC and CIPA safety standards, HSE procedures, and site regulations.
  • Conduct daily crane inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Check lifting equipment, slings, shackles, hooks, and other accessories before use.
  • Follow approved lifting plans, load charts, and safe working load limits.
  • Coordinate with banks man/signalman, riggers, and site supervisors during lifting operations.
  • Ensure proper crane positioning, stability, and safe working radius.
  • Maintain safe clearance from personnel, structures, power lines, and other equipment.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and complete required equipment records.


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.
  • ADNOC and CICPA project/site experience is preferred.
  • Valid Crane Operator license/certification as required.
  • Good knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, load charts, and rigging practices.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and ADNOC safety requirements.
  • Ability to perform pre-operation inspections and identify potential hazards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
