ZEORA HOSPITALITY // Hospitality Manager

This role is built around one idea: ownership of execution.

Zeora's leadership manages client relationships, commercial strategy, and major decisions. The Hospitality Manager takes assigned projects and makes them happen on the ground, whether that means auditing an underperforming restaurant and fixing what's broken, driving a new opening from concept to launch, or running day to day operations for a client's restaurant.

You won't be handed a daily task list. You'll be given an objective, and you'll be expected to work out what needs to happen, involve the right people, and see it through.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of assigned restaurant and consulting projects, from audits and turnarounds to new openings and ongoing operations, and drive them to completion
• Diagnose operational problems in service, cost, team performance, or systems, and implement the fix, not just recommend it
• Manage restaurant operations on behalf of clients where required, covering FOH/BOH coordination, scheduling, cost control, and reporting
• Build and roll out SOPs, training programs, and reporting structures tailored to each project
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, designers, and restaurant teams to keep projects on time and on budget
• Use AI tools daily to speed up research, analysis, documentation, and planning across every project
• Report progress to Zeora's leadership with enough judgment to know what needs escalation and what doesn't

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Genuine, hands on restaurant operating experience in the UAE, not purely head office or corporate
• A track record of taking ownership and getting things done with minimal supervision
• Real comfort with FOH/BOH operations, cost control, scheduling, and team management
• Strong commercial instincts: you think in terms of revenue, cost, and margin, not just service quality
• Advanced, regular use of AI tools in your actual professional work
• Strong professional English and the confidence to represent Zeora in front of clients and restaurant teams
• Ability to delegate and hold others accountable rather than trying to do everything yourself

Nice to have

• Experience across multiple restaurant concepts or brands
• Pre-opening experience
• Exposure to consulting or project based work
• Experience negotiating with landlords, contractors, or suppliers

AI isn't an optional add on at Zeora, it's part of how the team researches, plans, and executes every day. If you already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity to genuinely speed up your work, not just to draft the occasional email, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who uses AI for research, operational and data analysis, building SOPs, project planning, and turning messy information into clear action plans. If your AI usage stops at ask ChatGPT to write something, this role isn't the right fit.

• Underperforming restaurants show measurable improvement in cost, service, or revenue within your first few months
• New openings launch on time, on budget, and operationally ready
