Graduate Civil Engineer

Overview

Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team on a building project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site
• Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress and quality
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, material records and progress updates
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
• Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations
