Project Manager / Design Site Supervisor

Job Description
The Project Manager / Design Supervision Manager is responsible for supervising the implementation of interior design works on site, ensuring that approved drawings are executed correctly, design intent is maintained, and quality standards are met.

This role acts as the key link between design and site execution, supporting the Technical Design Manager in resolving site issues, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering projects in line with ELE Interior Design's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design Supervision & Site Coordination

• Report directly to the Technical Designer /Technical Design Manager and work under their direction
• Assist in resolving site-related concerns,particularly where design clarification or coordination is required
• Conduct weekly site visits for assigned projectsto monitor progress and execution
• Ensure approved drawings and specifications arefully compliant with site implementation
• Identify deviations from design intent andinitiate corrective action

Quality Control

• Carry out regular quality reviews of work onsite, including finishes, joinery, and detailing
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet approvedstandards and specifications
• Report quality issues and coordinate withrelevant parties to ensure timely rectification

Project Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for assignedprojects
• Coordinate with internal design teams,contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Identify design and site issues, report themclearly, and resolve design-related matters in coordination with theTechnical Design Manager

Client Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and issue project reports and Minutes ofMeeting (MOM) to clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation of siteobservations, design issues, and agreed actions
• Support inspections, snagging, and handoverdocumentation as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design,Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in interior design projectmanagement or design supervision (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and sitecoordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is anadvantage)
• Familiarity with UAE fit-out processes andauthority requirements
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
