Summary

This position is a key component of the valuation team, dedicated to performing on-site inspections and facilitating the creation of precise property valuation reports. The role is specifically designed for engineers who hold or are eligible to secure Dubai Municipality approval, offering an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking to specialize in valuation and technical assessment within the real estate sector.


Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive site inspections and collect essential property data required for accurate valuations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to source, verify, and validate critical information.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, data discrepancies, and strategic opportunities to enhance the precision of reporting.
  • Schedule and perform property visits to assess conditions and gather relevant on-site details.
  • Analyze technical drawings, architectural plans, and property documentation during the inspection process.
  • Document field observations and compile clear, concise inspection reports.
  • Contribute to the drafting and review of technical reports, ensuring all findings align with on-site realities.
  • Detect missing information, inconsistencies, or issues that could compromise the integrity of the final report.
  • Facilitate the collection of building data necessary for valuation, condition assessments, and associated documentation.
  • Maintain an organized system for all inspection records and supporting documentation.
  • Flag specific risks, concerns, and improvement areas to elevate overall report quality.
  • Extract building component details from project documents and drawings when a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is unavailable.
  • Provide additional technical support as needed to meet project demands.



Requirements


  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Hold current Dubai Municipality approval or demonstrate eligibility to obtain it.
  • Maintain a valid UAE driving license.
  • Demonstrate strong observational, analytical, and logical reasoning capabilities.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show the ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Display superior coordination and follow-through skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Possess the organizational skills necessary to manage technical data and documentation efficiently.
  • Be willing and able to travel frequently for site visits.
