We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction sites, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion within budget and on time.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to ensure profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
