Sales Associate AE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist customers, generate sales, and contribute to the achievement of business and revenue goals. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and confident in communicating with customers, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person channels as applicable.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through purchase.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to increase sales and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM or other company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and company sales processes.
