Position Summary:
Malaak is hiring a compassionate and experienced Elderly Care Nurse to provide high‑quality, in‑home support for elderly clients. This role is ideal for candidates who value patient‑centered care and are committed to improving the daily lives of seniors in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Elderly Care — Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, meal preparation, and monitoring vital signs.
• Care Planning — Work with families and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans based on each client’s needs.
• Patient & Family Education — Guide families on elder care techniques, safe equipment use, and ongoing care requirements.
• Safety & Compliance — Follow safety protocols, infection control procedures, and maintain accurate documentation according to homecare standards.

Qualifications:

• Nursing graduate (Bachelor’s degree) with elderly care experience in UAE/GCC or Registered Nurse (RN) with elderly care experience.
• Must hold a DHA Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elderly care or homecare.
• Strong understanding of elderly care needs, chronic condition management, and personal assistance.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality care in a home environment.
