Job Description
1. Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online
platforms.
• Follow up with potential leads through calls, messages, and meetings to maximize
conversions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM systems and track
communication history.
2. Sales & Enrollment
• Understand and clearly explain the center’s programs, pricing, schedules, and
benefits to prospective students/parents.
• Conduct consultations or center tours to assess customer needs and match them
with the right course.
• Prepare and process student applications, registrations, and payment details
accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
3. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the inquiry and enrollment journey.
• Handle objections and resolve concerns professionally to retain interest.
4. Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of
new students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, customer service, education consultancy, or a similar customer-facing role.
