This role owns the technical training system behind Deep and Furniture Cleaning at Justlife: the modules, the practical assessments, the certification standard, and the field coaching that keeps it holding as we scale with scope to extend into AC and MEP as we grow our hard services.

You’ll own measurable improvement in service ratings and SOP compliance across Deep and Furniture Cleaning professionals — the direct result of training, assessment, and coaching that turns standards into muscle memory.

This is a hands-on technical trainer role, not a desk-based instructional designer.

You’ll spend time in the field, demonstrating techniques, identifying what’s breaking down, and rebuilding competency.

You’ll build training modules, checklists, and assessments that stick.

You’ll work independently to deliver this with minimal supervision, and your work will directly improve how hundreds of professionals perform.

You’re driven by ownership — you want to shape how a service is delivered at scale, not just execute someone else’s plan What you’ll own Drive measurable improvement in service ratings and SOP compliance by designing and delivering technical training, conducting practical assessments, and coaching professionals based on quality gaps and customer feedback Build comprehensive training frameworks : create training modules, checklists, practical assessments, and certification criteria for Deep and Furniture Cleaning services that professionals can learn, practise, and certify against Assess and retrain professionals : conduct competency assessments before service delivery, identify technical and SOP gaps through field quality checks, and deliver targeted retraining interventions Own SOP adoption and innovation : support the rollout of new or updated SOPs, test service improvements (new techniques, tools, equipment), and ensure adoption in the field Establish a quality feedback loop : use service ratings, customer complaints, and quality inspection findings to continuously identify training gaps and refine training content Partner closely with Operations to understand recurring service-quality issues and with Quality to maintain standards; collaborate with Category Teams on new service launches and SOP updates Work independently with minimal supervision : take end-to-end ownership of training delivery, assessments, retraining programmes, and assigned quality initiatives Support hard services training as we scale: contribute to training delivery and field monitoring for AC maintenance and MEP services alongside the core Deep and Furniture Cleaning scope What tells us you’re the one You’ve measurably improved professional performance or service quality across a team or programme — tell us a training programme or quality initiative you owned, what you measured (ratings, compliance scores, complaint reduction, or performance lift), and the number that moved You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical training, cleaning operations, housekeeping, facilities management, or a related service industry — you’ve trained frontline professionals and coached them to competency, not just delivered content You have strong technical knowledge of deep cleaning and/or furniture and upholstery cleaning techniques, equipment, tools, and chemicals — you can demonstrate a procedure and explain the "why" behind it You’re data-literate : you use ratings, complaints, assessments, and quality findings to identify what to train and measure whether training worked You’re fluent in English and can independently deliver training, document standards, and collaborate with internal teams across the organisation Bonus points Technical knowledge of AC maintenance, repair, or MEP services — you can pick up hard-service SOPs quickly and support training and monitoring across those categories Experience training across more than one trade or service category — you've built competency frameworks beyond a single service line Why Justlife Scale and impact: Your training reaches hundreds of Deep and Furniture Cleaning professionals across the UAE and KSA, directly influencing customer experience and service consistency Real growth: Fast career development, mentorship from leadership, and expanding opportunities as we scale hard and soft services across the GCC A fair, objective performance system — and recognition through our JustHeroes programme Start-up spirit, plus perks: a birthday day off (JustHoliday), free Justlife credits, referral bonuses, and team experiences Our hiring process This role goes through a structured interview process designed to assess both your technical expertise and your analytical thinking.
