Job Description

Join Lollipop Factory, the candy store concept of exotiColors By MAYSARi, a UAE retail group established in 2009 with 30+ shops and kiosks across the country. We are hiring 1 Sales Associate for our candy store in Abu Dhabi.

This is a full-time, in-store sales role in a fun, family-focused environment. You will welcome kids and families, present our candy range, and turn every visit into a sale.

What you will do

• Greet children and families in a fun and welcoming way.
• Introduce candy products, offer samples, and recommend the right items.
• Keep displays attractive, fresh, and well stocked.
• Promote special offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages.
• Share ingredient information with parents who have dietary questions.
• Assist with party orders and event preparations.
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe store with the team.

Working hours: full-time, retail shifts (mall hours), including weekends on rotation.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Salary: AED 2,350 during probation, AED 2,500 after probation, plus sales commission and tips, medical insurance and standard UAE benefits.

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years proven sales experience in retail, preferably in F&B, candy, or toy stores.
• A real salesperson: knows how to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales.
• Friendly, energetic personality who enjoys working with kids and families.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• High school diploma or higher.

Requirements
• High school diploma or higher education. • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail. • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods. • Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers. • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills. • Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure. • Experience working with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred. • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems. • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
