Roles Responsibilities Company Description Salt and Caramel Sweets Trading LLC is a food and beverage retail business that operates kiosks specializing in popcorn candies and drinks The company serves customers in hightraffic areas offering quick enjoyable snack options for a wide range of visitors Located in Dubai Salt and Caramel Sweets Trading LLC focuses on friendly service product quality and a pleasant customer experience Team members work in a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to learn about kiosk operations and customer service in the F B sector Role Description We are seeking an outgoing highenergy Kiosk Service Sales Executive to run our standalone mall kiosk In this role you are the face of our brand capturing the attention of mall shoppers and turning passing foot traffic into loyal customers You will handle everything from popping fresh popcorn merchandising vibrant candy displays to serving refreshing drinks and operating the cash register or payment system Because this is a compact highvisibility standalone kiosk you must be a selfmotivated closer who takes pride in cleanliness and loves actively driving sales through outgoing guest engagements The Kiosk Service Sales Executive is a fulltime onsite role based in DAMAC Hills 2 Mall Dubai United Arab Emirates Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent associate s degree or relevant certification is a plus Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous position Proficiency in operating pointofsale POS systems and handling various payment types Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs Adaptability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Familiarity with the specific industry of the kiosk e g telecommunications ticketing retail is advantageous Fluency in English proficiency in additional languages relevant to the customer base is highly desirable Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in retail sales customer service or a similar frontline role
