Roles Responsibilities Job description Roles Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking customer visits and market research Understand customer business processes and identify ERP solution requirements Conduct meetings product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients Analyze customer needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable ERP solutions Prepare commercial proposals quotations and solution presentations Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decisionmakers Negotiate pricing contracts and payment terms with clients Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into successful sales Develop longterm customer relationships and identify upselling crossselling opportunities Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain accurate sales forecasts opportunity tracking and customer records Monitor ERP market trends competitor solutions and customer requirements Attend industry events exhibitions and networking activities to generate business opportunities Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Required Skills Experience Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions Strong customer relationship management skills Work Location In person Desired Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be a confident motivated and resultoriented sales professional with good knowledge of ERP solutions The candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers generating new business opportunities and managing the sales process effectively Experience in selling ERP solutions
