Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Manager with strong artistic direction, leadership, and team management capabilities.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating the company’s business plan and marketing strategy into clear, actionable campaigns, while managing and closely following up with the marketing team to ensure high-quality and timely execution.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, understand branding and visual communication, and be capable of leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Previous experience within the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or related industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow and execute the approved business plan, marketing strategy, and brand objectives under the direction of the Head of Sales & Marketing.

* Translate the strategy into monthly and weekly marketing plans, campaigns, and deliverables.

* Lead and manage the marketing team, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and conduct regular follow-ups.

* Provide strong artistic and creative direction across campaigns, social media, photoshoots, videos, graphic design, packaging, and other marketing materials.

* Ensure all creative output follows the brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and required quality standards.

* Review content, designs, photography, videos, and campaign materials before publication or final approval.

* Develop creative concepts and briefs for campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and brand initiatives.

* Manage and coordinate content creators, social media specialists, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing team members.

* Coordinate influencer collaborations, PR activities, events, product launches, photoshoots, and digital campaigns.

* Maintain and supervise the marketing and content calendars.

* Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure marketing activities support sales targets and commercial objectives.

* Monitor team performance and ensure agreed KPIs, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved.

* Track campaign performance, social media growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and other marketing KPIs.

* Analyze competitors, market trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities within the beauty and cosmetics industry.

* Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for the Head of Sales & Marketing.

* Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, suppliers, and creative partners when required.

* Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Creative Marketing Manager, or similar role.

* Strong understanding of branding, artistic direction, visual communication, and creative marketing.

* Strong leadership and people-management skills.

* Ability to provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and campaign management.

* Ability to translate business strategy into practical marketing actions and deliverables.

* Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills.

* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing contributes to sales.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in cosmetics, makeup, beauty, skincare, fragrance, personal care, or a related industry is highly preferred.

* Understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.

* Experience managing beauty product launches and campaigns.

* Familiarity with beauty influencers, UGC creators, makeup artists, and other relevant industry partners.

* Experience directing beauty-focused photoshoots and video productions is an advantage.

* Knowledge of the UAE/GCC beauty and cosmetics market is a strong advantage.
