Job Description

Do you have a warm, welcoming voice and a passion for helping guests? We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-oriented Telephone Operator to join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

As a Telephone Operator, you will be an important point of contact for our guests, handling calls and requests efficiently while ensuring every interaction reflects the warm and welcoming service we want our guests to remember.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming and internal calls promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Assist guests with enquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Connect calls and coordinate guest requests with the appropriate departments.
• Record and follow up on guest requests to ensure they are handled promptly.
• Handle wake-up calls and other telephone-related guest services.
• Respond appropriately to emergency calls and follow established hotel procedures.
• Maintain a professional and guest-focused approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar guest service role, preferably within a hotel.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• A pleasant and professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
• Good computer skills; knowledge of hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
