We are looking for a professional, experienced, and results-oriented Aesthetic Consultant to join our team and provide high-quality consultation and personalized aesthetic solutions to our local, international, and VIP patients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Aesthetic Consultation

Welcome and professionally receive patients and clients.

Conduct face-to-face and online consultations regarding aesthetic treatments and procedures.

Understand patients' aesthetic concerns, expectations, medical history, and treatment goals.

Provide professional information about available aesthetic treatments and procedures.

Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, treatment plans, risks, recovery periods, and aftercare requirements within the scope of the role.

Recommend appropriate treatment plans in coordination with qualified physicians.

Coordinate patient consultations with Dermatologists, Aesthetic Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, and other medical specialists.

2. Patient Conversion & Sales

Convert patient inquiries and consultations into appropriate treatment plans.

Introduce and explain aesthetic treatment packages and personalized treatment programs.

Prepare treatment quotations and communicate pricing clearly and professionally.

Follow up with prospective patients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing patients and encourage appropriate follow-up appointments.

Achieve individual and departmental sales and conversion targets.

Develop long-term relationships with patients and increase patient retention and repeat visits.

3. VIP & International Patient Services

Provide personalized consultation and service to VIP, high-profile, and international patients.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Coordinate appointments, consultations, treatments, and follow-ups for international patients.

Provide a seamless and premium patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.

Build strong and long-term relationships with high-value patients.

4. Treatment Coordination

Coordinate treatment schedules between patients, doctors, nurses, and the operations team.

Ensure patients are properly informed and prepared before treatments and procedures.

Coordinate pre-treatment and post-treatment follow-up.

Maintain accurate patient consultation records and follow-up information.

Work closely with the medical team to ensure that treatment recommendations are medically appropriate and properly communicated.

5. Customer Service & Patient Experience

Deliver a high-quality and personalized patient experience.

Handle patient questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Maintain strong communication with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Monitor patient satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.

Ensure all patient information is handled with strict confidentiality.

6. Business Development & Marketing Support

Support the development of new aesthetic patients and referral opportunities.

Build relationships with existing and potential clients.

Support marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and aesthetic consultation activities.

Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to generate new patient leads.

Maintain and develop a strong patient database and CRM records.

Identify opportunities for patient retention, cross-selling, and treatment plan expansion within appropriate medical and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification – Preferred.

Qualifications in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Beauty, Aesthetics, or a related field are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aesthetic consultation, medical aesthetics, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, cosmetic clinics, or healthcare sales – Preferred.

Previous experience as an Aesthetic Consultant, Medical Aesthetic Consultant, Treatment Coordinator, Patient Coordinator, or Aesthetic Sales Consultant is highly preferred.

Experience with high-value aesthetic treatments and treatment packages is an advantage.

Experience working with Dermatologists, Aesthetic Physicians, Plastic Surgeons, or other medical professionals is highly desirable.

Experience serving VIP and international patients is an advantage.

Proven track record in patient conversion and sales is highly preferred.

Important: The candidate must understand the boundaries between patient consultation and medical diagnosis/treatment. Medical diagnosis and clinical treatment recommendations must be performed by appropriately licensed physicians.

Language Requirements

Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory

Chinese language skills – Highly Preferred

Arabic or Russian language skills are an advantage.
