Applied AI and Solutions Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of AI professionals to deliver innovative AI solutions across various business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise appropriate AI strategies.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and ensure they align with company goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor AI project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote AI solutions and drive adoption within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to continually enhance the company’s AI capabilities.

Requirements:

- Over 10 years of experience in AI or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions.
- Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
- Experience in using AI and machine learning platforms and tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects from conception through execution and delivery.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
- Certification in AI or machine learning is a plus.
