Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Data Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data engineering projects, extensive experience in data architecture, and a passion for driving innovation. You will be responsible for guiding the data team, overseeing data-related projects, and ensuring the integrity and performance of our data systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the data engineering team to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust data architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
- Oversee data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to data engineers and analysts.
- Optimize data systems and services for performance and cost efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to incorporate new techniques and tools.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience in managing data engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and database design.
- In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in data management or cloud computing technologies are desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
