Job Description

Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating and managing a range of

marketing materials across digital and print platforms. Your role will include designing engaging content

for digital screens, web banners, and social media, as well as contributing to advertising campaigns and

multimedia marketing strategies. You will also work with brand guidelines to ensure consistency across

all marketing materials.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

o Create compelling designs for digital screens, web banners, social media, and print

materials.

o Develop visually appealing content for advertising campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and

other multimedia marketing initiatives.

o Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

• Software Utilization:

o Must know Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and

Midjourney for design and multimedia projects.

o Knowledge on Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil will be

added advantage

• Campaign Management:

o Support the planning and execution of digital ad campaigns.

o Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing materials to enhance

engagement and effectiveness.

• Communication and Articulation:

o Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both written and visual formats.

• Collaboration:

o Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive marketing

efforts.

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Additional Skills (Preferred):

o Photography skills for capturing high-quality images for use in marketing materials.

o Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across various

platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

3-5 years of experience in Graphic designer in different multimedia platforms, advertising, or a related

field. Preferably from Retail background.

Proven experience in digital screen design, web banners, web design, and print design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, Midjourney, and other

design tools.

Familiarity with Superside AI, Look A, Visat Create, Design Hill, and Get Stencil is a plus.

Photography skills are a plus.

Ability to work with brand guidelines and ensure design consistency.

Requirements
We are seeking a multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in technical design and brand communications. This hybrid role supports both the development team through the creation of accurate Tech Packs and Line Sheets as example and the Marketing team, delivering high-impact visual content for e-commerce, campaigns, and brand storytelling. We are trying to outsource partial the role of Graphic Designer to our factory partners which would drop the workload massively (if we don’t develop too complex designs). Budget - 6K AED per month Nationality - Any Scope of Job Product & Technical Design (30–50%) • Create detailed Tech Packs for development and production • Design and maintain Line Sheets for sales and internal use • Collaborate with the design/development team to ensure accuracy and consistency • Support product launches with visual overviews and spec documentation Brand, Marketing & E-Com Design (50–70%) • Support Design homepage banners, ads, and email graphics • Produce content for social media, paid media, and product launches • Rework Shooting Images • Create brand decks, lookbooks, and presentations • Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print outputs Location – Dubai Years of Experience – 5+ years
